Due to the nature of these products, items are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We will intervene and conduct disputes for damaged or lost packages with shipping carriers.

Due to Covid-19, shipping carriers are no longer able guarantee us EXPRESS shipping and that orders will arrive by a certain date. We will expedite your order on our end, as quickly as possible.  If there is any delay, we are not held responsible due to shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS and will not refund shipping fees. We will attempt to rectify issues that are due to a loss or damaged order with the carrier. When a perishable item arrives late due to shipping carriers, we will attempt to resolve the matter although, NO REFUNDS will be issued.  Email:
